What happens if the instructor does not show up?

Oh no, we are so sorry that this happened! In the rare instance that your instructor does not show up after 5 minutes, please email email hidden; JavaScript is required with a screenshot of you in the waiting room. We will get in contact with the instructor and will reach out to you with next steps.

What do I do if I want to cancel?

If you want to cancel, please refer back to your confirmation email or go to your Bookings under your Account when logged in. You have 2 days before your private in order to cancel to receive a refund or reschedule.

What do I do if I want to reschedule?

If you would like to reschedule, please go login to your Account and go to Bookings. You must cancel your private session to receive a full refund and will be able to book a new session through the booking link, https://sutrapro.com/iframe/th.... This can only be done 2 days or more before your private zoom session.

What do I do if I missed the private zoom session?

So sad you missed it! Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or a reschedule as our instructors have very limited availability.

What do I do if I forgot to upload the videos for the judging session?

We understand that things come up, but want you to be able to get the most out of your private zoom session. Please upload the videos as soon as possible, so our judge can review them before your call.

How do I upload the video's for the judging session?

In your confirmation email, there is a form that Beth asks you to fill out. Please upload your videos to DropBox and submit the link in the form (it is the last question). Don't forget to give her access to the videos!

Will I get charged for a missed session?

Yes, you will get charged for a "no show" session. Our instructors work really hard to prepare for your session so if you are unable to make it, please reschedule or cancel in the

You will not get charged if you cancel the session at least 2 days prior to your scheduled private zoom session.

Where do I find the Zoom link for the private zoom session?

The Zoom link will be located in your confirmation email!

Does the parent need to be on the private zoom session?

YES! The instructors will not be able to conduct the private zoom session unless they see a parent present.

How can I best prepare for the private zoom session?

Please make sure that your provide all necessary materials before the session. Also, it never hurts to log on a few minutes to make sure your Zoom is working correctly :)

I do not see any availability, what do I do?

You are able to book a session up to 1 month out! Click around on different dates to see when the instructor is free. If they are available on that specific date, there will be time blocks that appear on the right-hand side for you to select your time slot.
