This session is for gymnasts who are struggling with consistency during their competitions or practices. This may be for a specific skill or their gymnastics in general. Gymnasts will build self-awareness in this session and start to create a plan for finding their right ‘zone’ for gymnastics. After this session, gymnasts will have strategies like a pre-performance routine and learning how to ‘control the controllables’ in their gymnastics.
Kylee Ault is our mental performance coach with her master’s degree in sport psychology, and is working on her PhD in sport psychology. She is also a former gymnast!
